  • Initial On-site Consultation

    An on-site consultation where we discuss your garden aspirations, establish a crop list, survey sunlight, take measurements, and determine ideal garden location. We welcome client note taking during the visit.

  • Remote Garden Support

    In addition to on-site consulting, we offer consulting via email, phone, text, and video calls.

    These correspondences are billed at a lower hourly rate than our as-needed on-site visits. Invoices are sent out once per month, and payments are due upon receipt.

  • Planning Spreadsheet

    To be added after an initial on-site consultation, we create a custom chronological crop spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will indicate which of your crops to sow or transplant, and when to do so. The spreadsheet will also include recommended fertilizer type, when to apply it, other garden maintenance tasks, and estimated harvest dates for each crop.

Design

  • Custom Designed Planters - starting at $75

    Not a fan of the options in our pre-made planters? Not to worry, custom planters are designed and planted exactly as the client had in mind. With special attention to appropriate crop pairings and spacing, a custom designed planter is sure to be a delicious eye-catcher.

  • Garden Mapping - Starting at $200

    To be added after an initial on-site consultation. We create a custom garden map for your garden to take the guess work out of garden planning. Appropriate spacing, companion planting, growth nature of each crop, proximity to irrigation, and sun exposure are all considered when curating your custom map.

Installation and Maintenance

  • Continual Collaboration

    Grow with us all season long. After an initial consultation, we will return to your garden on a regular basis to install garden plants and structures, as well as maintain the space. Taking care of tasks such as planting, weeding, pest management, pruning, trellising, and fertilizing. Continual Collaboration clients tend to be hands off, and we keep their garden bountiful and beautiful for them to enjoy.

    Due to the ongoing nature of this type of collaboration, these clients are billed at a lower hourly rate than our scheduled visits. Invoices are sent out once per month, and payments are due upon receipt.

  • Garden Maintenance Visit - $175

    During this garden visit we take care of maintenance tasks (weeding, pruning, etc.). For larger gardens or gardens that require more TLC, an additional appointment may be necessary. To ensure we can focus on getting your garden in tip-top shape, no education or training will take place during a garden maintenance visit. An educational meeting is best for clients who are seeking hands on learning. Food gardens only.

  • Garden Opening and Planting - Starting at $250

    During this garden visit we will clear any small branches and dead plant material from your garden, broad fork the soil, add compost, prune any edible perennials, and get your spring crops planted.

  • Soil Testing - Starting at $130

    After an initial on-site consultation, you can book professional soil testing services. Prices based on sample areas and specific testing preformed.

  • Garlic Installation - Starting at $45

    Fall garlic installation (for harvest the following summer). This appointment includes both labor and materials. Garlic is one of the lowest maintenance garden crops. If you are a new client and have not had lead levels in your soil tested, please email us before booking.

  • Garden Clean up and Closing - Starting at $250

    During this garden visit we will clear your garden of weeds, dead plant material, add compost, and replenish mulch to help minimize erosion and maintain soil vitality.

Education

  • Educational Meeting - $150 plus materials

    An on-site learning opportunity for established clients to get hands on training with Sully in their garden. Clients can learn about best practices for planting, trellising, fertilizing, watering, pruning, pest management, harvesting and more.

  • Caprese Workshop - $30/person

    For residential and culinary/restaurant clients alike! This workshop takes place on-site in your garden, and will provide you all the information and hands on training you need to grow tomatoes and basil. Requires proper maturity of both tomatoes and basil plants to host this workshop- Sully can help determine when the ideal time would be. Typically a July/early August workshop.

    *Minimum 5 attendees.
