An on-site consultation where we discuss your garden aspirations, establish a crop list, survey sunlight, take measurements, and determine ideal garden location. We welcome client note taking during the visit. Following this visit, you will fall in one or more of the following categories:

1. Garden installation without any maintenance, education, or consulting. You can choose from one of our existing raised bed offerings, or email Sully for an estimate on a custom garden installation.

2. Regular Maintenance of larger spaces or more complex projects, including but not limited to multi-year lawn-to-food-forest conversions. Ongoing remote consulting through the season is complimentary with projects at this scale. Due to the on-going nature of these projects, these clients are invoiced once per month at a lower hourly rate than our stand-alone service appointments, and other maintenance packages.

3. If you have a more modest garden space or budget, you may be interested in booking one or more of our Stand-Alone Services at your convenience through our online booking. These Stand-Alone Services are pay-as-you-go, and details are outlined below.

An on-site learning opportunity for clients to get hands on training with Sully in their garden. Clients can learn about best practices for planting, trellising, fertilizing, watering, pruning, pest management, harvesting and more.

During this garden visit we take care of maintenance tasks (weeding, pruning, etc.). For larger gardens or gardens that require more TLC, an additional appointment may be necessary. To ensure we can focus on getting your garden in tip-top shape, no education or training will take place during a garden maintenance visit. An educational meeting is best for clients who are seeking hands on learning. Food gardens only.

Grow with us all season long. After an initial consultation, we will return to your garden on a regular basis to install garden plants and support structures, as well as maintain the space. Taking care of tasks such as planting, weeding, pest management, pruning, trellising, and fertilizing.

Due to the ongoing nature of this type of collaboration, these services are billed at a lower hourly rate than our stand-alone services. Invoices are sent out once per month.

In addition to on-site consulting, we offer consulting via email, phone, text, and video calls. Remote consulting is complimentary for Regular Maintenance Clients.

For clients who choose not to have us maintain their garden space as Regular Maintenance Clients, remote consulting is offered via email, phone call, or Zoom.
