Cultivation Specialists are responsible for tasks such as pest scouting, weeding, shoveling mulch/compost, transplanting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, trellising plants, and more. -Must be able to lift 50lbs -Candidates will be expected to work in varying weather conditions -Ideal candidate is reliable and timely, with a keen attention to detail and exceptional communication skills -One year or more of garden, landscaping, or agricultural experience required Pay starts at $20/hour, with room for growth based on performance. More experienced candidates may be offered a higher starting wage.
